weekly workout schedule (WWS)!

Every Sunday I'm going to plan my runs and workouts for the week. Here's what I've got for this week:

  • Sunday - 2 miles
  • Monday - 3.5 miles
  • Tuesday - 2.5 miles
  • Wednesday - 7MM week 2
  • Thursday - 4 miles
  • Friday - diving
  • Saturday - diving


Yep, should be a good week.
